After every game hundreds of you rate the performances of Sunderland's players at WeAreWearside on a scale of 0-10. We've calculated the averages, waved goodbye to David Moyes and let the dust settle on a terrible campaign to bring you the full list of the season's overall ratings. There's some shameful scores in here.

So we've now run down Sunderland's top six performing players this season based on your ratings. This time it's the full list as we countdown to the very worst players to pull on a red-and-white shirt in the 2016-17 relegation campaign.

We had to do a double-take at who came out at the very bottom of the pile. Though worse still - it wasn't really even a surprise.

Jordan Pickford - 7.31 (29 starts)

Victor Anichebe - 6.33 (14 starts, 4 sub appearances)

Jermain Defoe - 6.22 (37 starts)

Lamine Kone - 6.12 (29 starts, 1 sub appearance)

Jan Kirchhoff - 6.00 (5 starts, 2 sub appearances)

Didier Ndong - 5.91 (27 starts, 4 sub appearances)

Bryan Oviedo - 5.85 (10 starts)

Duncan Watmore - 5.83 (11 starts, 3 sub appearances)

Patrick van Aanholt - 5.75 (20 starts, 1 sub appearance)

George Honeyman - 5.74 (2 starts, 3 sub appearances)

Lynden Gooch - 5.72 (4 starts, 7 sub appearances)

Lee Cattermole - 5.71 (8 starts)

Papy Djilobodji - 5.65 (17 starts, 1 sub appearance)

Jason Denayer - 5.60 (22 starts, 2 sub appearances)

Vito Mannone - 5.55 (9 starts)

Billy Jones - 5.47 (25 starts, 2 sub appearances)

John O'Shea - 5.41 (too many starts)

Javi Manquillo - 5.39 (15 starts, 5 sub appearances)

Wahbi Khazri - 5.22 (7 starts, 14 sub appearances)

Seb Larsson - 5.09 (17 starts, 4 sub appearances)

Jack Rodwell - 5.06 (17 starts, 3 sub appearances)

Let's just halt it there for a second. There are six Sunderland players who rated on average below a '5'. But before we get to them, any surprises in the above list?

Perhaps Jack Rodwell managing to limp just above the '5' hall-of-shame is reflective that the £10m signing - who will earn £60,000 a week in the Championship - has had one of his best seasons at the club - tongue firmly in cheek.

Or despite the clamour for Wahbi Khazri, those who rated him each week didn't really think much of his actual performances - not that he made many starts.

Billy Jones managed to rate as 'best' right-back at the club by beating Javi Manquillo and Donald Love - what an achievement. And clearly at 8th best, Duncan Watmore really was quite a miss.

So here's the sub-5 points hall-of-shame:

Steven Pienaar - 4.99 (10 starts, 5 sub appearances)

Donald Love - 4.95 (6 starts, 6 sub appearances)

Paddy McNair - 4.95 (5 starts, 4 sub appearances)

Adnan Januzaj - 4.87 (18 starts, 7 sub appearances)

Darron Gibson - 4.78 (7 starts, 5 sub appearances)

Fabio Borini - 4.53 (19 starts, 5 sub appearances)

Shocked at that? Nah not really. But there's a few notables down here at the bottom. First, 4 of the 5 worst rated players of the season were signed by David Moyes. And second, the lowest three all came in for some stick from the Sunderland support.

As for Fabio Borini, with the Italian expecting to move to Lazio or Celtic or somewhere imminently, perhaps the above should act as a warning.

Tune in next year.
