All F1 teams, LEGO Style
For the first time, every F1 team will be represented in this collection—a real treat for fans. The iconic LEGO Speed Champions will include detailed models, allowing builders to recreate cars in each team’s colors. But that’s not all! The LEGO Collectibles line will showcase exclusive miniatures, from F1 cars to F1™ Academy models, letting fans bring the paddock experience into their living rooms. For younger fans, the LEGO DUPLO range will feature interactive sets like starting grids and podiums—perfect for introducing kids to the magic of Grand Prix racing. Meanwhile, action enthusiasts can look forward to the LEGO City collection, which will recreate key race weekend moments: high-speed pitstops, garage repairs, and even the explosive race starts.
An immersive experience beyond the bricks
LEGO is taking it further than just products. The 2025 F1 season will launch interactive experiences under the slogan “Build the Thrill.” These activities will be available both online and during Grand Prix weekends. Imagine dedicated paddock zones where fans can build their own F1 cars while feeling the adrenaline of the race. To celebrate this launch, the LEGO x F1 logo lit up Las Vegas’s iconic Sphere, adding an extra layer of spectacle to the announcement. Daniel Meehan, LEGO’s Creative Director, expressed hope that this collection will bring hours of creativity and joy to the F1 community by combining technical innovation with playfulness.
Four collections for every competition fans
LEGO and Formula 1 have collaborated before, releasing adult-oriented models like McLaren and Mercedes sets in the LEGO TECHNIC range. Available from January 2025, this new lineup will cater to all ages and budgets. LEGO DUPLO and City sets will launch on January 1, followed by Speed Champions in March and Collectibles in May. With this collaboration, Formula 1 and LEGO aim to unite families around their passion for motorsport, reimagining iconic racing moments. This collaboration is reminiscent of the iconic partnership on the same theme between Formula 1 and the toy car manufacturer Hot Wheels that will launched for the next season in 2025. Could this be the ultimate holiday gift? For sure it just might be!
