It’s important to note that RIDEVU is, above all, a technology. Passengers can access the content directly from their personal devices, whether smartphones or tablets running on iOS or Android. The central displays in Mercedes vehicles equipped with the latest MBUX system provide access to a library of IMAX Enhanced® films, including popular titles like Spider-Man: No Way Home and Uncharted. For safety reasons, drivers can only access this content while the vehicle is stationary. However, front and rear passengers can enjoy their favorite movies anytime. A feature called “Screen Manager” allows up to six screens to sync simultaneously, enabling either a shared or individual viewing experience tailored to everyone’s preferences.
